Security policy

Go Global expressly recognizes the importance of both clients’ and its own information as a critical and essential asset for the normal development of activities.

Therefore, the security of such information is considered a strategic aspect and is based on the following principles:

  • Confidentiality: We ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the information.
 
  • Integrity: We maintain the accuracy and completeness of the information as well as the processing methods.
 
  • Availability: We ensure that authorized users have access to the information and associated resources when needed.
 
  • Legal compliance: We ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to information security.
 
  • Continual improvement: We ensure that constant adjustments are made to improve all aspects of security and related processes in order to continually increase the levels of our security structure and the management of associated risks.
 

To achieve these goals, we have established a Management Framework that will guide and guarantee a Risk Management Process focused on information security, tailored to the needs of the organization, and in compliance with standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

The results of this work are included in the Information Security Manual, which shapes Go Global’s compliance status.

  • Parties Responsible for Compliance
    All Go Global personnel and third parties interacting on a regular or occasional basis, who access sensitive information and/or IT resources in the course of their normal duties.
 
  • Non-compliance
    Disciplinary measures for non-compliance with the regulations outlined in this framework shall be established by Go Global Management.
 
  • Updating Policy, Regulations, Procedures and Standards
    Go Global Board is responsible for approving the Regulatory Framework and the Information Security Manual, as well as any modifications that may arise.
